Meaning that it has too many women:
"[He] has formed a government that is too pink," [Berlusconi said of Spanish prime minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero]. "That's something we cannot do... because there is a prevalence of men in politics and it isn't easy to find women who are qualified for government. Now he's asked for it. He'll have problems leading them."
Half of Zapatero's new cabinet is composed of women, puting Spain in the vanguard for gender equity, and Zapatero should be commended for that fact. Berlusconi, on the other hand, is an uncivilized douchebag, and should be kicked repeatedly in his tiny little balls until he apologizes, or his scrotum bursts, whichever comes first.
